0–4 Month Mommy & Me
The first few months with a new baby are a lot to navigate, and you were never meant to do it alone. Our 0 to 4 month Mommy & Me class brings together expert guidance on sleep, feeding, and your own wellbeing with a welcoming community of moms who quickly become the ones you text at 2am.
Welcome to Your First Chapter Together
Every session at the Nest is thoughtfully designed around where you actually are right now, bringing together expert-led topics, guest speakers, and community-building across ten weeks together.
On the first day of class you'll receive a complete session calendar so you know what to expect.
What You'll Learn
Topics vary each session and may include:
The fourth trimester and what nobody tells you comes next
Sleep science and building habits that stick
Your postpartum body
Starting solids and feeding with confidence
Building your village
Your baby's brain, development, and those first milestones
Relationships
Your mental health & emotional well-being
And more
Because topics rotate each session, many families continue attending throughout their baby's first two years, gaining new insights while deepening the relationships they've built at The Nest.
More Than a Parenting Class
While you'll leave each week with practical information and trusted resources, many parents say the greatest benefit is the community they find along the way.
This is a place to ask questions, celebrate milestones, share the highs and lows of early parenthood, and connect with families who truly understand what you're experiencing. The conversations often continue long after class ends through friendships and group chats that grow alongside your babies.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
There is no minimum age to join. Some families attend shortly after birth, while others wait until after their baby's first vaccinations. Every family is different, so we encourage you to choose the timing that feels right for you and discuss any questions with your pediatrician or reach out to Jenn.
-
No. While pre-registering early is encouraged because classes often fill quickly, it's never too late to join. If your preferred class is full, you'll be added to the waitlist, and we work hard to accommodate as many families as possible.
-
Enrollment opens in three stages:
Current Nest families enroll first.
Pre-registered families are invited next - about 6 weeks before the start of their session.
Remaining spots are then opened to the public.
Returning families receive priority so they can continue with the friends and community they've built.
-
Most families enroll in multiple back-to-back sessions throughout their baby's first two years. Halfway through each series, you'll receive an invitation to enroll in the next session, and returning families receive discounted pricing.
-
Because classes focus on creating a close-knit community where parents often discuss personal topics, drop-in visits aren't available. If you'd like to learn more before enrolling, Jenn is happy to answer questions and help you determine whether the class is the right fit.
-
Yes. Please enroll based on your baby's age on the first day of the session. If you have any questions, or would like to enroll in a class outside of your baby’s age range, reach out to Jenn.
-
Each class begins with a welcome song, followed by baby signs, parenting discussions, guest speakers, activities, or educational topics. Sessions conclude with time for questions, conversation, and support from both instructors and fellow parents.
You will receive a calendar on the first class with a complete outline of the session’s guest speakers, topics, activities, and extra team-building events.
-
Just bring yourself, your baby, and your diaper bag. We provide nursing pillows, a changing station, a baby scale, seating, and mats.
You'll receive a welcome email from your instructor before your first class with everything you need to know and bring.
-
To maintain the supportive and personal environment of the class, guests are not permitted in Mommy & Me sessions.
-
To keep the environment focused, safe, and comfortable for the babies in class, siblings are not able to attend.
-
Because of the wide range of classes we are able to offer at the Nest, we can often offer make-ups! Reach out to your instructor with more information about this or check in with Jenn.
-
Absolutely! Most of our families do. Because topics and guest speakers change every session, most families continue enrolling throughout their baby's first two years in their baby’s age-appropriate class. Returning families receive priority enrollment and discounted pricing for future sessions.
