Working Mommy & Me | 3–11 Months

Back at work, baby at home, and somehow supposed to have it all together. Our Working Mommy & Me class brings the same expert guidance and community as our daytime classes, with an added focus on the real stuff working moms are navigating every day.

Support for Working Moms

Every session at the Nest is thoughtfully designed around where you actually are right now, bringing together expert-led topics, guest speakers, and community-building across ten weeks together.

Designed as an evening class, we recommend bringing baby's dinner and pajamas so you can feed them, get them ready for bed, and head straight home for an easier bedtime. If work occasionally requires you to arrive late or leave early, don't worry. We understand.

Topics vary each session and may include:

  • Balancing work and family life

  • Sleep and regressions

  • Starting solids and finger foods

  • Milestones and the comparison trap

  • Babyproofing

  • Childcare and preschool planning

  • Your emotional wellbeing

  • Building your support system

  • Big feelings and early tantrums

  • And more

Because topics rotate each session, many families continue attending throughout their baby's first two years, gaining new insights while building lasting friendships with other parents.

Community That Understands

Parenting while working can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone.

This class brings together parents experiencing many of the same challenges, creating space for honest conversations, practical support, and meaningful friendships. You'll leave with expert guidance, helpful resources, and a community that understands this unique season of life.

For future sessions, please pre-register to be notified when enrollment opens.
