A Class for Every Caregiver
Whether you attend on your own, come with your partner, join together as a family, or take turns each week, Parent & Me offers the same trusted parenting education, supportive community, and engaging activities in an inclusive environment for every caregiver.
Along with expert guidance and thoughtful discussions, babies enjoy songs, props, and age-appropriate activities as they become more curious, active, and social.
What You'll Learn

As babies become more mobile and interactive, class naturally includes songs, toys, and activities that encourage play, exploration, and socialization.
Because topics rotate each session, many families continue attending throughout their baby's first two years, gaining new insights while strengthening the connections they've built at The Nest.

This class welcomes any parent or caregiver. Attend on your own, with your partner, together as a family, or take turns throughout the session. Everyone is encouraged to participate and share the experience with baby.

Each session features a new calendar of parenting topics and guest speakers.
Discussions may include sleep, starting solids, childcare and preschool, relationships, baby development, parenting resources, and more.

Just bring yourself, your baby, and your diaper bag. We provide nursing pillows, a changing station, a baby scale, seating, and mats.
You'll receive a welcome email from your instructor before your first class with everything you need to know and bring.

Absolutely! Most of our families do. Because topics and guest speakers change every session, most families continue enrolling throughout their baby's first two years in their baby’s age-appropriate class. Returning families receive priority enrollment and discounted pricing for future sessions.

If your preferred class is full, please contact Jenn to join the waitlist. Families are often able to enroll from the waitlist, and additional classes may be added based on demand.
If another class fits your schedule, we recommend enrolling in that class in the meantime. If a space becomes available in your first-choice class, we'll gladly transfer your enrollment.
